330株大肠埃希菌的耐药性分析

摘要 目的:了解大肠埃希菌的分布特点及抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:用美国BD公司Phoneix-100全自动细菌鉴定药敏分析仪并部分结合手工法,对临床标本分离的大肠埃希菌进行鉴定和对14种抗菌药物敏感性检测,判断标准均根据CLSI2010年版判定。结果:330株大肠埃希菌,尿液占41.5%,居第1位;亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦普遍敏感,头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、氨曲南、头孢噻肟耐药率分别占41.5%、48.5%、49.4%、60.6%,耐药率〉70%的是哌拉西林和头孢唑啉。结论:医院大肠埃希菌多药耐药趋势明显,必须采取合理措施,防止耐药菌株的继续传播。 Objective:To understand the distribution character and the drug resistance of Escherichia coli and to provide basis for clinical therapy. Methods:Escherichia coli isolated from clinical samples were identified and 14 kinds of antimicrobial drug sensitivity were analyzed by American BD Company Phoneix-100 automatic bacteria identification and/drug sensitivity analyzer and part of the combination of manual method, judgment standard according to the CLSI2010 edition of judgment.Results:330 strains of Escherichia coli, urine accounted for 41.5%, ranking the first place; imipenem, cefoperazone/sulbactam, amikacin, piperacillin/tazobactam is sensitive, ceftazidime, cefepime, aztreonam, cefotaxime resistance rate accounted for 41.5%, 48.5%, 49.4%, 60.6%, piperacillin ampicillin and cefazolin resistant rate is more than 70%. Conclusions:Multidrug resistant strains of Escherichia coli trend obviously, must take reasonable measures to prevent the continued spread of drug-resistant strains in our hospital.
