该文从互联网金融的内涵与模式、监管、风险三个维度归纳综述互联网金融技术创新带来业务模式进步与模式进步带来体制革新的最新研究成果。整理欧盟、英国、美国互联网金融模式创新与监管控制现状,归纳为国际监管与风险评估表,得到对我国互联网金融风险监管的八点启示。从服务实体经济、发展普惠金融、深化金融体制改革和大数据应用实现金融服务创新四个方面打造我国互联网金融发展框架。未来研究应以消费者为发展定位,树立监管法律意识,抓住具体方式方法,依托网络存贷款业务释放强大生机。

Seeking to find the progress development, the active developing mode, supervision and risk three dimensions to of Internet financial, the healthy environment of its this article starts from the connotation and mode, review the innovation of Internet technology from bringing the upgrade of business model and the reformation of the Internet financial regulation. From the comparison of European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States＇ financial innovation and regulation, we get the international regulation and risk assessment diagram, which enlightened us in eight ways for regulation and risk assessment of our own country. We build the framework of the Internet financial through four aspects, financial services the real economy, Inclusive finance strategy, reform of the financial system and big data applications. Future research will be done with specific risk regulation methods as the research direction, the network of deposit as the dynamic mechanism and the focus on consumers.
