摘要
为了进一步优化TA15钛合金电子束焊接接头的强韧性匹配,研究了添加纯钛夹层对焊接接头力学性能的影响。利用扫描电镜对焊接接头显微组织进行了表征,对添加不同纯钛夹层条件下焊接接头的硬度、拉伸性能、冲击韧性、断裂韧性进行对比分析。研究结果表明:添加纯钛夹层对焊缝显微组织形态无明显影响;焊缝熔合区中部硬度存在低谷,而硬度在热影响区则出现峰值。
In order to further optimize the strength and toughness of the electron beam welding (EBW) joints of TAl5 titanium alloy, the effect of pure titanium interlayer on mechanical properties of EBW joint is studied. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) is used to characterizethe microstructure of the EBW joints.Hard- ness, tensile properties, impact toughness, fracture tough- ness of welded joint with different pure titanium interlay- ers are compared and analyzed.The results show that the addition of pure titanium interlayer has no obvious effect on the microstructure morphology of the joint. The hard- ness of fusion zone is relatively lower, and the hardness of the heat affected zone appearspeak.
