摘要
合理的冰雪体育旅游产业开发的策略对促进黑龙江省旅游产业发展,从而带动政治、经济、生态、文化等各方面协同进步具有极大的意义,对黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游产业的二次腾飞起着决定性作用。提出建立大冰雪的观念,合理规划布局,统筹兼备各方利益减少内耗,形成多种经济成份融合的利益化经营产业集团;构建体验式生态化体育旅游模式;打造冰雪体育旅游的世界文化品牌三大开发策略,明确我省冰雪体育旅游的发展路线,以期达到冰雪旅游业高速发展的目标。
Rational strategy of developing the ice-snow sports tourism in heilongjiang province is significant for advancing heilongjiang tourism to drive the collaborative progress of politics, economy, ecology and culture, and is crucial for heilongjiang ice-snow sports tourism's another take-off, in order to achieve the goal of developing the ice-snow sports tourism at high speed by clearing the way, it suggests some development strategies such as establishing the idea of great ice-snow, planning the regional layout, considering the various benefits as a whole against internal frictions to fuse multiple economic ingredients into a industry group, establishing the mode of experiential sports ecotourism, building the world culture brands of ice-snow sports tourism.
