社会排斥视域下底层群体生存困境的形塑机制研究——以环卫农民工为例

Study on the Shaped Mechanism of the Underlying Group Survival Predicament under the Perspective of Social Exclusion——Take the Sanitation Migrant Workers for Example

农民工属于社会的弱势群体之一,而环卫农民工属于农民工群体中的一员。从事环卫职业的农民工陷入生活贫困、身体风险和身份困境等多重生存困境中。研究环卫农民工的生存困境要跳出单纯提高其经济收入的视角,从社会排斥的视角,从宏观和微观的角度,从其外在的制约机制和内在的生成机制入手,综合勾画和分析环卫农民工生存困境的形塑过程;还须从弱化和消除环卫农民工遭受的社会排斥入手,构建应对环卫农民工生存困境的路径,为缓解环卫农民工生存困境提出政策性建议,并为其能早日融入城市社会尽一份责任。

The migrant workers belong to the social vulnerable groups,and the sanitation migrant workers belong to an important member of them. The sanitation migrant workers are in the survival predicament,such as poverty,physical risk and identity dilemma. We should deal with migrant workers survival plight not only improving its income but also noticing the external mechanism and internal mechanism from the perspective of social exclusion,from the macro and micro perspective. So we can get the comprehensive delineation of sanitation migrant workers living difficulties. And we can weaken the survival plight of the migrant workers from another path.This paper puts forward policy recommendations to alleviate environmental sanitation migrant workers living dilemma and help them to integrate into the city.
