Test results of Pb,Cd,total As and total Hg in some foods of Beijing City in 2014

目的 了解北京市部分食品中Pb、Cd、总As、总Hg污染物的污染情况,并对检测结果进行分析.方法 按照2014年北京市食品安全风险监测计划对5种食品（猪肝、牛肝、羊肝、羊肾和苹果）中的铅、镉、总砷、总汞进行检测及分析.结果 2014年共检测5种食品210件样品,铅的检出率为100.0％,羊肝中的铅污染最为严重,合格率仅为64.7％;除苹果中的镉检出率为72.0％外,其余4种食品中的镉检出率均为100.0％;牛肝的总砷检出率最高,其次是猪肝、羊肝、苹果、羊肾,检出率范围为0～50.0％;牛肝、羊肾的总汞检出率为100.0％,羊肝为88.2％,猪肝为82.9％,苹果的总汞检出率最低,为64.0％.结论 食品中的铅污染最为严重,相关部门应采取针对性措施,加强对重点食品的监测和管理.

[Objective]To investigate the pollution status of Pb, Cd, total As and＇total Hg in some foods of Beijing City, and analyze the corresponding detection resuhs.[Methods]The content of Pb, Cd, total As and total Hg of 5kinds of foods （porcine liver, bovine liver, sheep liver, sheep kidney, and apple） were detected and analyzed according to the monitoring plan of food safety risks in Beijing City in 2014.[Results]A total of 210 food samples of 5 kinds were detected in 2014, the detection rate of Pb was 100%, and the most serious lead contamination was detected in sheep liver with a qualified rate of 64.7%. The detection rate of Cd in apple was 72%, while that of the other 4 kinds of foods was 100%. The highest detection rate of total As was in bovine liver, followed by porcine liver, sheep liver, apples, sheep kidney, with the detection rates ranging from 0-50%. The detection rate of total mercury in bovine liver and sheep kidneys was 100%. The detection rate of total Hg in sheep liver was 8.2%, that in porcine liver was 82.9%, the total mercury detected rate in apple was only 64.0%, which was the lowest detection rate among all the tested foods. [Conclusion]The contamination of Lead is most serious in food. The related departments should take specific measures to strengthen monitoring and management for key foods.
