摘要
采用文献综述法和逻辑分析法,分析了血脂异常的主要原因以及不同形式的运动项目对患者血脂异常的影响。研究结果表明,耐力性运动、走或跑、有氧运动以及抗阻训练对改善血脂异常有积极作用,另外,太极拳、冬泳、网球运动对改善血脂也有一定的功效。建议高血脂患者择适合自己的运动健身项目,采取适当的运动量,选择健康的生活方式及合理的饮食,才能够有效地预防血脂异常。
By using the literature review and logical analysis, the author analyzes the main reasons of dyslipidemia and effect of different sport events in dyslipidemia. The study results show that endurance exercise, walking or running, aerobics and resistance training have the positive effect on dyslipidemia, in addition, Taijiquan, winter swimming and tennis have a certain effect on improving blood lipids. It is recommended that hyperlipidemia patients should choose suited sport events, take the appropriate amount of exercise, and carry out the healthy lifestyle and proper diet, so as to effectively prevent dyslipidemia.
