摘要 课程教学模式改革是提高教学质量的关键环节。以《企业战略管理》为例,以团队学习(TBL)为基础,以资源教学(RBL)为导向,以案例教学(CBL)为核心,探索TBL+RBL+CBL组合教学模式改革。通过组建竞争性学习小组,培养团队意识,锻炼团队协作能力;通过提供网络资源,拓宽学生知识面,提升网络资源搜索和运用能力;学生团队通过课外作业编制教学案例,重点训练团队协作和剖析问题的能力。 Course teaching reform is vital for improving teaching quality. Based on team based learning (TBL), guided by teaching resource based learning (RBL), centered by case based learning (CBL), this paper discusses reform of compound learning mode by implicating the course of "Enterprise Strategic Management". Establishing competitive learning terms is beneficial to cultivate team sense and train team cooperative ability. Offering web resource is beneficial to widen the student's knowl- edge and strengthen ability of web resource searching and implication. Case study and communication is beneficial to enhance the student's ability of problem analyzing and solving.
