摘要
为有效利用露地扦插技术在鄂尔多斯市培育出优质的美国薄荷,以美国薄荷半年生枝条为材料,在温室条件下,通过在不同灌水周期、不同浓度生根粉、不同铺膜因素以及不同长度插穗条件下进行扦插试验研究,寻找最佳的扦插条件,为今后在鄂尔多斯地区大量繁殖薄荷提供科学依据。结果表明:成活率最优组合为灌水周期3 d,生根粉浓度为1 500 mg/kg,长度为30 cm的枝条,先铺膜后扦插,根数最优组合为A3B3C1D1。扦插繁殖可以缩短育苗周期,减少品种变异,具有一定的生产推广价值。
Taking half a year-oldMonarda didyma branches as material, this paper used cutting technology in open field effectively to breed high-classMonarda didyma for Ordos city. Under greenhouse conditions, cuttings experiments of different irrigation cycles, different concentrations of ABT, different film mulch modes, as well as cuttings with different lengths were carried out in order to determine the optimal cutting conditions and provide a scientific basis for future production in Ordos area. The results showed that the optimal combination for high survival rate was irrigation cycle of three days, rooting powder concentration 1 500 mg/kg, cutting length of 30 cm, and mulching film before cutting. The optimal combination for high rooting number is A3B3C1D1. Cutting propagation can shorten nursery cycle, reduce species variation, and have promotional value in production.
