地方本科院校园林专业模块化技能培养方案构建研究

Study on the building of local undergraduate colleges modularized garden specialty skills training programs

地方本科院校园林专业发展现状并不理想,宿迁学院园林专业现行的专业技能培养体系中的培养目标阶段性不明确,应用性不强;培养途径过于笼统,缺乏创新,可操作性不强。根据园林专业职业群和地方经济特色,提出地方本科院校园林专业分阶段、模块化专业技能培养体系,并根据园林专业的课程设置和特点、教学进程以及技能培养的要求,提出强化师资队伍、完善实训条件、规范考核制度和创新培养模式4个保障措施。

The professional development status of local undergraduate colleges and universities is not ideal. The training target of garden professional skill training system in Suqian College is not clear, and the applicability is not strong. Training way is too general and lack of innovation. According to the characteristics of professional group of garden specialty and local economic features, the periodical and modularized garden specialty skills training system is constituted. Based on the setting and characteristics of landscape professional curriculum, teaching process and the requirements of skills training, four safeguard measures including strengthening the teachers troop, perfecting training conditions, standardizing evaluation system and innovating cultivation patterns are proposed.
