伤科接骨片联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年性骨质疏松骨折的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Shangke Jiegu Tablet Combined with Alendronate in Treating Senile Osteoporotic Fracture

目的探讨伤科接骨片联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年性骨质疏松骨折(osteoporotic fracture,OPF)的临床疗效。方法将30例本院收治的老年性OPF患者,在行骨折内固定术后,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组15例术后给予服用复方丹参片,3次/d,每次3片及碳酸钙D3咀嚼片,2次/d,每次2片;观察组15例给予术后服用伤科接骨片,3次/d,每次4片,阿仑膦酸钠1次/d,每次1片,检测患者股骨颈骨密度(BMD)并比较2组的临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组的股骨颈BMD及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),2组的骨折平均愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论伤科接骨片联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年性OPF临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shangke Jiegu tablet combined with alendronate in the treatment of senile osteoporotic fracture（OPF） . Methods 30 cases of senile osteoporosis fractures were randomly divided into the control group （15 cases） and the observation group （15 cases） after undergoing fracture internal fixation. Patients in the control group were treated by compound salvia tablet, 3 times/d, 3 tablets each time and calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablets, 2 times/d, 2 tablets each time. Patients in the observation group were treated by Shangke Jiegu tablet is worth the promotin, 3 times/d, 4 tablets each time and alendronate 1 times/d, 1 tablet each time. The femoral neck bone mineral density and the total effective rate were observed. Results After the treatment, the femoral neck bone mineral density （BMD） and the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The average healing time of fracture in the two groups was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Shangke Jiegu tablet combined with alendronate in the treatment of senile osteoporotic fracture is remarkable, it is worth to spread application.
