复杂产品系统特性对风险后果影响的案例研究 被引量:10

摘要 应用案例研究构建理论的方法对3个行业案例进行分析后,构建了复杂产品系统特性与风险后果关系模型。研究表明,经济下行时复杂产品系统特性对风险后果有显著影响,这为企业采取行之有效的风险控制方法提供了理论基础;揭示了不同复杂产品系统特性对风险后果有不同影响,其中高技术含量的产品特性、订单式的生产类型、跨企业的组织形式,对风险后果产生了重要影响,而其他复杂产品系统特性的影响并不显著。此外,对构建理论的案例研究方法进行了应用和补充。 The theory model, the relationship between CoPS characteristics and risk results, is built through case study. There are three contributions, the first is that the cause-and-effect relationship was made clear between CoPS characteristics and risk results. This provides theory basis to management practice for how to manage the risks. The second is that the study uncovered that detail characteristic has different effect on detail risks result. Three characteristics have large effect on risk results, they are product complexity, product by order, and multiple companies involved in manufacture process. However, others characteristics have no remarkable effect on risk results. The final is we modify the case study method which is given by Eisenhardt.
