手卫生培训对实习护士手卫生合格率的影响

Impact of hand hygiene training on qualified rate of hand hygiene of trainee nurses

目的探究手卫生口诀培训对实习护士手卫生合格率的影响,以降低医院感染的发生率。方法选取2013年和2014年100名实习护士进行手卫生培训,2013年的50人为对照组,2014年的50人为试验组;对照组采用传统教学方法培训入选护理人员,试验组在对照组的基础上,进行手卫生口诀培训;比较两组实习护士的培训效果。结果经过培训后,试验组受试者六步洗手法操作合格率为94.00%;洗手所需时间的合格率为96.00%;试验组受试者的合格率明显高于对照组受试者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组受试者在无菌操作前、接触患者前、接触患者后、更换输液后、接触患者周围物品后、接触患者体液血液后的洗手率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手指采样细菌培养结果显示,试验组94.00%受试者的菌落数合格,92.00%受试者的手卫生合格,试验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手卫生口诀培训规范了实习护士的洗手习惯,提高了手卫生的合格率。

OBJECTIVE To explore the impact of hand hygiene formula training on the qualified rate of hand hygiene of the trainee nurses so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.METHODSIn 2013 and 2014,the hand hygiene training was conducted for 100 trainee nurses,50 subjects who participated in 2013 were assigned as the control group,and 50 subjects who participated in 2014 were set as the experimental group.The traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group,while the hand hygiene formula training was carried out in the experimental group on the basis of the control group.The training effects were observed and compared between the two groups of trainee nurses.RESULTS After the training,the qualified rate of six-step hand washing of the experimental group was 94.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group;the qualified rate of the time of hand washing of the experimental group was 96.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The rate of hand washing before the aseptic operation,before contact with patients,after contact with patients,after replacement of transfusion,after contact with objects surrounding the patients,or after contact with body fluid or blood of patients was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The results of the bacterial culture for finger sampling showed that 94.00% of the subjects were qualified for the bacterial colony counts in the experimental group,92.00% were qualified for the hand hygiene,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe hand hygiene formula training has standardized the hand washing habits of trainee nurses and raised the qualified rate of hand hygiene.
