摘要
矿山掘进中,合理的切缝药包结构参数对定向断裂爆破技术有非常重要的作用。介绍了开展铅柱中切缝药包爆破试验,运用正交设计法对切缝管材质、壁厚、切缝宽度、切缝长度以及切缝药包在炮孔中的不耦合系数进行优化,确定切缝管工业化生产合理的结构参数,并通过殉爆测试验证了切缝方向的定向效果。现场试验表明,切缝药包定向断裂效果显著,巷道周边爆破的半眼痕率都在90%以上,大幅度减少超挖现象,提高了掘进速度。
The reasonable structure parameters of slotted cartridge played a very important role in orientation fracture blasting technology in mine tunnelling. The slotted cartridge blasting tests in lead blocks were carried out. By the orthogonal design method, the slotted pipe material, pipe wall thickness, slot width, slot length and decouple coefficient of slotted cartridge in blast-hole were optimized, the slotted pipe's reasonable structure parameters for the industrial production were determined. Then the orientation effect of slot direction was verified by induced detonation tests. Field tests showed that the directional fracture effects of slotted cartridge were remarkable, and the rates of half-hole marks of blasting around roadway were above 90%, which reduced sharply the over excavation phenomenon and increased the tunnelling speed.
