后部刮板输送机载荷监视预警系统的设计与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对综放工作面后部刮板输送机易出现的重载难起动或起动失败的问题,设计了以PLC为控制核心、监视电机运行电流值的栽荷监视预警系统,介绍了该套系统的组成及工作原理。通过实际应用表明,使用该套系统后放煤工可依据语音和声光提示进行放煤作业,杜绝了出现重载提车及再次起动车辆失败的情况。 Aimed at scraper conveyer behind supports of fully mechamzed caving races easily occurred the problems about hard to start or starting failure heavy loads, the authors designed a loading monitor and pre-warming system which took PLC as the control core and can monitor current value when the electrical machine were running, and also introduced composition and op- eration principle of the system. The coal workers could rely on voice and acousto-optic hints for sublevel caving mining when using the system, which could avoid the situation of hard to start or starting failure heavy loads.
