摘要
针对葫芦岛锌厂湿煤灰原输送系统在运行15 d后设备出现严重损坏的情况,分析了设备损坏是由于湿煤灰的高磨蚀性所致,针对不同材料进行了在湿煤灰的耐磨性试验。试验结果表明,湿煤灰具有较强的磨蚀性,根据试验结果对湿煤灰原输送系统相关设备进行了改造,改造后的湿煤灰管道输送系统运行情况良好,证明了对湿煤灰输送系统材料的选取是正确的。
Aiming at the situation of original transportation system for humid coal ash dam- aged badly after running 15 d equipment at Huludao Zine Smelter, the author analyzed reason of equipment damage would be humid coal ash has high abradability, and also conducted abrasive resistance tests of humid coal ash by using different materials. The tests results showed that humid coal ash has high abradability. According to the test results, the equipment of original transportation system was transformed. After the transformation, the humid coal ash pipeline transportation system running in good condition, which proofed that the materials selection of humid coal ash transportation system was correct.
