摘要
目的减少针刺伤发生率,提高护士职业安全性。方法对2013年10月2日至2014年3月2日护士发生针刺伤情况进行调查分析,根据调查结果制定措施,并于2014年4月开展品管圈(QCC)活动。对2014年4月16日至9月16日护士发生针刺伤情况进行调查分析,并与QCC活动前进行比较,分析发生针刺伤的常见原因,评价QCC活动前后QCC成员的能力素质和团队作用。结果开展QCC活动后,医院科室针刺伤发生率[25.0%(5/20)]低于实施前[45.0%(9/20)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。发生针刺伤的常见原因为护士专业技能培训不足、操作不规范、防范意识差、患者不配合等。结论通过QCC活动的有效开展,降低了护士在针刺过程中针刺伤发生率,增强了圈员的团队精神,提高了医护人员的职业安全性。
Objective To reduce the occurrence rate of needle stick injury and to improve the occupational safety of nurses. Methods The occurrence situation of nurses needle stick injury from October 2,2013 to March 2,2014 was performed the investigation and analysis. According to the survey results ,the corresponding measures were formulated and the quality control circle (QCC) activities were carried out in April 2014. The occurrence situation of needle stick injury from April 16 to September 16,2014 was performed the investigation and analysis. The results were compared with that before QCC activities. The common causes of needle stick injury occurrence were analyzed. The capability and quality of QCC members and the team effects before and after QCC activities were evaluated. Results After the implementation of QCC activities,the occurrence rate of needle stick injuries in the departments was 25.0%(5/20),which was lower than 45.0%(9/20) before implementation,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P〈0.05). The common causes of needle stick injuries occurrence were the insufficiency of professional skill training,non-standardized operation,poor prevention consciousness and patient incoordination,etc. Conclusion The occurrence rate of needle stick injuries of nurses during the puncture process is decreased by effectively conducting the QCC activities ,and the team spirit of QCC members is greatly enhanced and the occupational safety of medical care workers is improved.
