摘要
针对氮化硅陶瓷轴承润滑的研究现状,通过对氮化硅陶瓷轴承摩擦及磨损机理的分析,系统阐述了氮化硅陶瓷轴承现有的润滑技术,包括水(基)润滑、油(基)润滑、气体润滑、自润滑及其他润滑;介绍了有关氮化硅陶瓷轴承润滑技术的发展趋势,分析讨论了现有氮化硅陶瓷轴承润滑存在的问题,并对今后氮化硅陶瓷轴承的润滑技术进行了展望。
According to the current study of lubricating technology of silicon nitride ceramic bearings, this pa- per made a systematic exposition of existing technology, including water based lubrication, oil based lubrication, gas lubrication, self-lubrication and others, through the analysis of friction and wear mechanism about silicon nitride ce- ramic bearings. Then the development trend on this technology is also introduced. Finally, the existent problems, and the future development direction is also prospected.
