摘要
新型Nb-Ti-Cr-Si基超高温合金具有高熔点、低密度和高强度等特点而成为新一代推重比航空发动机热端部件最具潜力的候选材料。主要介绍了成分设计、合金化、热处理和定向凝固对新型Nb-Ti-Cr-Si基超高温合金组织的优化进展,在此基础上对Nb-Ti-Cr-Si基超高温合金的组织优化进行了展望。
The new Nb-Ti-Cr-Si based ultrahigh temperature alloy shows great promise for application as the next generation turbine airfoil materials due to its high melting points, low densities and high temperature oxidation resistance. The effect of chemical composition, alloying elements, heat-treatment, and directional solidification on the microstructure optimization of new Nb-Ti-Cr-Si based ultrahigh temperature alloy are introduced, and the future development of the alloy is put forward.
