摘要
建立RP-HPLC法测定复方外用消毒液中主药的含量,色谱柱为岛津C18柱(4.6mm×25cm),流动相为乙腈—缓冲液(取1.15g磷酸二氢铵,用1 000mL水溶解,制成0.01mol/L的磷酸二氢铵缓冲液,用磷酸调节pH至3.2)(体积比85∶15),检测波长为223nm.在考察苄索氯铵(0.01~0.03mg/mL)、尿囊素(0.02~0.06mg/mL)和马来酸氯苯那敏(0.02~0.06μg/mL)的质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,r均达到0.999,平均回收率分别为99.2%,99.9%和98.9%.验证结果表明,该分析方法能够用来测定复方外用消毒液中主药的含量,结果准确、可靠.
This paper is to establish a method for the determination of external solution for sterili- zation by RP-HPLC. The Agilent C18(4.6 min× 25 cm)column is usect and the mobile phase is acetonitrile. Buffer solution is with dilute about 1. 15 g of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate in 1 000 mL of water, adjusted to a pH of 3.2 with phosphoric add, and further dilute this solution with water to a final volume of IL(85 : 15). The detection wavelength is 223 nm. It is perceived that this method can be used for the determination of external solution for sterilization. The line- ar ranges of benzethonium chloride(0. 01--0. 03 mg/mL), allantoin(0. 02--0. 06 mg/mL) and ehlorpheniramine rnaleate(0. 02-0.06 μg/mL) is good(r=0. 999). The average recoveries are 99.2%, 99.9%, and 98.9%. It is perceived that this method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the determination of artesunate and amodiaquine hydrochloride tablets.
