严寒地区村镇绿色建筑行动路径研究

Study on Practical Approach for Green Building Action of Towns and Villages in Severe Cold Region

绿色建筑行动作为转变城乡建设模式与改变居住环境的重要举措,兼顾环境与资源效益的同时,也为村镇居民生活带来切实的经济利益。本文试图以居民意愿为基本出发点,通过对严寒地区10个乡镇34个村庄的调查问卷与半结构访谈的统计分析,从空间布局的集约性、能源与能耗、水资源利用、建筑功能布局与室内环境舒适度四个方面分析了村镇住宅建设的现状与问题,并基于特定情景假设探求居民参与绿色建筑行动的困难与关键诉求点。据此,从政策、技术、标准、宣传等层面提出政府和民众协同行动的绿色建筑实施路径。

As an important way of changing the development modes of urban and rural areas and improving the living environment, green building action guarantees healthy environment and high resources benefit, brings economic interests for people as well. This paper attempts to promote feasible ways of green building action of towns and villages in severe cold area, which cover aspects of policies, technology, standards and propaganda, from statistical analysis of questionnaires of investigation in 10 towns and 34 villages, by analyzing present situation and problems of housing construction in towns and villages in aspects of intensive space layout, energy, water resources utilization, buildings＇ functions layout and enclosure structures, finding out the difficult and the key point of resident participation and green building action based on assumed particular situations.
