严寒地区村庄宅基地的空间特征及节地紧缩策略

Spatial Characteristics and Reduction Strategies of Village Home Stead in Severe Cold Region

随着宅基地确权登记的推进以及村庄集约化的绿色发展,如何对超标宅基地进行合理缩减逐步成为一项重要任务。东北严寒地区现状户均宅基地规模普遍超出相应的地方标准,本文根据村庄宅基地的实地调研和数据统计,分析东北严寒地区农户宅基地在个体和片区两个层面的现状特征,揭示宅基地缩减的动力与阻力因素,进而提出了村庄宅基地紧缩的主要策略和方法,为东北严寒地区村庄宅基地的合理缩减及高效利用提供借鉴与参考。

Along with the advance of the homestead right registration and the green development needs of the village, how to reasonably cut down the over proof home stead has become an important task. The household homestead scale of the northeast cold area generally exceeds the corresponding local standard. According to the field investigation and data statistics of rural homestead, this study analyzes the spatial characteristics of rural homestead in the northeast cold area from the two aspects of individual and area, and reveals the demands and limits for cutting down the over proof home stead. Furthermore, this paper puts forward the specific strategies and methods, and provides reference for the reasonable reduction and efficient utilization of the village home steads in cold regions.
