摘要
以辽宁省安波镇既有村镇住宅为研究对象,对村镇住宅空间布局、围护结构基本信息、能源消耗信息及室内环境状况进行了调查,并在冬季对住宅室内环境温度进行了连续测试。数据分析结果表明:该地区农户能源消耗多以生物质为主,其能源消耗占总能源消耗的90%左右,而商品能耗(电能、煤炭和液化气)和太阳能等可再生能源利用较少,且与西部农村地区相比,人均能耗和单位面积能耗指标较大;在既有的住宅围护结构和以炕为主的供暖条件下,住宅冬季室内环境温度较低,87%以上的时间室内平均温度低于14℃,无法满足标准规定的室温要求。文本的研究为当地既有农村住宅室内热环境的改善提供了基础数据。
Targeting the existing rural house in Anbo, Liaoning province, a survey about the spatial layout of rural house, the basic information of building envelope, the energy consumption and indoor thermal environment is carried out. A continuous test about indoor temperature was also made. The results of the related data analysis show that the main energy consumption is biomass, which accounts for 90% of the total energy consumption. However, the commodity energy (electricity, coal and liquefied gas) and the renewable energy such as solar energy are rarely used. Comparing with the western rural area, the index of energy consumption per capita and per unit floor area is high. On the condition of the existing building envelope and the kang-based heating system, the temperature of rural house is low, and the time when temperature is under 14 centigrade accounts for the percent of 87, which can' t meet the heating requirement. The research of this paper provides basic information to the improvement of the thermal environment of existing rural house in this district.
