摘要 针对"三网融合"新形势下广电运营商后高清时代视频业务开展所面临的瓶颈问题,介绍了4K轮播系统的设计及其测试方案。分别从平台的总体架构、系统测试环境、4K播放能力、终端码流稳定性及等多个角度进行阐述,可为各地广电运营商相关业务平台的设计和建设提供一定的参考。 Under the new situation of " triple play" , in the view of the bottlenecks of video services development for Radio & Television Network Operators after the HD era, an example design and the test method of 4K uhra-HD video service platform are introduced, which include the overall architecture, system testing environment, 4K broadcasting ability, the stability in the terminals and the damage in transcoding, ete. It also provides a reference for the design and construction of relative platform for the other domestic Radio & Television Network Operators.
