摘要
论述了行业监督抽查的交通运输产品质量控制职能,结合行业监督抽查现状、存在问题分析,基于完善行业监督抽查质量控制机制的具体要求,从加强行业监督抽查基础工作、深化行业抽查管理和扩大抽查范围、推进质量诚信体系建设、完善质量工作考核激励机制等4个方面论述了行业监督抽查的重点工作。
The supervising function on the transportation product quality control of the industry quality supervision （IQS） is discussed, and combining with the analysis of the situation and existing problems in the IQS, based on the requirements for improving quality control mechanism of the IQS, the key works in the IQS are elaborated from four aspects which are strengthening the basic work, deepening the management and expanding the checking scope, promoting the construction of credit system, and improving the assessment and incentive mechanism.
