高硫高沥青质沥青混合料的单轴压缩动态模量研究 被引量:2

Research on Dynamic Modulus of Uniaxial Compression of Asphalt Mixture with High Sulfur and Asphaltene Content

摘要 利用大板成型钻芯制圆柱体试件,采用UTM-25伺服液压动态试验系统,通过横向比较的方法,进行3种沥青(其中一种为高硫高沥青质沥青)的AC-20C混合料的单轴压缩动态模量试验。试验结果表明,E/sinφ值与路面永久变形有较好的相关性,高硫高沥青质沥青混合料的E/sinφ值较高,抵抗高温及车辆动载的能力较强。 Cylindrical specimens are drilled from large plate specimen for uniaxial compression dynamic modulus tests, which are carried out by dynamic experimental system named UTM--25. For horizontal comparison, three kinds of asphalt are used to make target specimen of AC--20C, one of which contains large content of sulfur and asphaltene. The result indicated that E /sinφ (quotient of Dynamic modulus divided by sine of phase angle) has a good correlation with permanent deformation of asphalt concrete. In addition, asphalt mixture with high content of sulfur and asphaltene has a large E/sinφ value, showing strong resistance to high temperature and vehicle dynamic load.
