Impact of Individualized Diabetes Education Prescription on Glycemic Control in Out-patients with Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨个体化糖尿病健康教育处方对门诊糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法对2014年1月-5月就诊的73例门诊糖尿病患者使用个体化教育处方,观察患者干预前和干预6个月后糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)水平、Hb A1c达标率和服药依从性的变化。结果使用个体化糖尿病教育处方前患者的Hb A1c为(8.10±1.86)%,干预后Hb A1c为(6.55±1.26)%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预前后Hb Alc达标率分别为16.4%和72.6%,服药依从性高、中、低者分别为12、42、19例和36、27、10例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论教育处方干预方式在糖尿病患者血糖管理方面是有效的。 Objective To explore the effect of individualized health education prescription on glycemic control in out-patients with diabetes. Methods Between January and May 2014, seventy-three out-patients with diabetes were given individualized health education prescription for 6 months. The we observed the change of HbA1c level, HbA1c standard rate and medication compliance of the patients. Results Before the use of individualized health education prescription, HbA1c was(8.10±1.86)%, and HbA1c was(6.55±1.26)% after the intervention(P < 0.001). HbA1c standard rate(72.6%) and medication compliance(the number of patients with high, medium, and poor compliance was 36, 27, and 10, respectively) after the intervention were both significantly better than those before(16.4%; 12, 42, and 19) the intervention(P < 0.001). Conclusion Education prescription is effective in the management of blood glucose for patients with diabetes.
