摘要
本研究以壳聚糖、明胶、硬脂酸为成膜材料,采用共混流延的方法制备三元共混膜材料,并对其断裂强度、水蒸气透过率进行了深入研究,以探究三元共混膜的最佳制造工艺。实验结果表明:当壳聚糖∶明胶7∶3,壳聚糖∶硬脂酸4∶1,冰醋酸浓度3%,干燥温度50℃时所制得的膜性能最佳,此时膜断裂强度虽略有下降,但膜的水蒸气透过率却有显著降低,在该工艺下其断裂强度为56.0 MPa,水蒸气透过系数为4.01E-8 g·cm/cm2·s·Pa。
In the paper,a series of chitosan- gelatin- octadecoic acid compodite films with different ratios were prepared by blade casting process.The composite membrane were determinated with tensile strength,water vapor permeability as main index.The result showed that the addition of octadecoic acid could obviously improve water vapor permeability of blend membrane although the tensile strength fall slightly.And tensile strength was 56.0 MPa,water vapor permeability was 4.01E- 8 g·cm / cm2·s·Pa when the optimal blending ratio of chitosan/gelatin was7∶3,the optimal blending ratio of chitosan / octadecoic acid was 4 ∶ 1,the optimal blending concentration of acetic acid was 3%,the optimal blending drying temperature was 50 ℃.
