摘要
目的:本文旨在研究Protamex酶水解蛋清蛋白产物对小鼠血清生化指标及肝脏抗氧化指标的影响。方法:实验选择60日龄体重相近的雄性ICR小鼠60只,随机分为4组。空白对照组、蛋清蛋白组、P-3h组和P-6h组分别灌胃生理盐水、鸡蛋清溶液、Protamex酶水解蛋清蛋白3 h产物和Protamex酶水解蛋清蛋白6 h产物,连续灌胃4周。结果:P-3h组小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶含量显著低于空白组和蛋清蛋白组(p<0.05),P-6h组血清中镁含量显著高于空白组(p<0.05)。Protamex蛋清蛋白酶解物对小鼠肝脏T-SOD影响不显著(p>0.05),较空白组相比又有所提升。与空白组和蛋清组相比,Protamex蛋清蛋白酶解物组GSH-PX活性显著提升(p<0.05),MDA含量显著降低(p<0.05)。结论:Protamex蛋清蛋白酶解物可改善小鼠血清生化指标和提高肝脏抗氧化性能。
Objective: This experiment was conducted to observe the effects of protamex 's egg white protein hydrolyzate on blood biochemical parameters and antioxidant indicators in mice.Method: 60 60- day- old male mice with average initial body weight were selected and randomly allotted to 4 groups.Control group,egg white protein group,P-3h group and P-6h group were orally infused to stomach with saline,egg white solution,3 h protamex egg white protein hydrolyzate and 6 h protamex egg white protein hydrolysates for 4 weeks. Results: The results showed that alanine aminotransferase in serum in P-3h group was significantly lower than in control group and egg white protein group( p〈0.05),and magnesium in serum in P- 6h group was significantly higher than in control group( p〈0.05). The activity of T- SOD in serum of egg white protein hydrolyzate had been inhanced compared with control group,but with no significant difference( p〈0.05).Compared with the control group and the egg white protein group,the activity of GSH- PX in protamex egg white protein hydrolyzate group was significantly improved( p〈0.05),the content of MDA was significantly reduced( p〈0.05).Conclusion: The results indicated that protamex egg white protein hydrolyzate can improve serum biochemical parameterreduce,and also can increase liver antioxidant properties in mice.
