咪唑立宾治疗儿童原发性肾病综合征临床进展被引量：6

摘要原发性肾病综合征(primary nephrotic syndrome,PNS)是儿童常见肾小球疾病。糖皮质激素(GC)是治疗PNS的一线药物。根据对GC的反应,PNS可分为激素敏感型肾病综合征(steroid-sensitive nephroticsyndrome,SSNS)和激素耐药型肾病综合征(steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome,SRNS)[1]。
