脑深部电刺激术靶点定位方法的现状及进展 被引量:4

摘要 脑深部电刺激术(deep brain stimulation,DBS)是指对脑深部特定部位进行电刺激,从而达到治疗或缓解与神经系统相关的疾病或障碍的目的。DBS具有选择性好、靶点明确、微创、可调、可逆等优点,已成功应用于帕金森病、肌张力障碍、重度抑郁、酒精/药物成瘾等疾病的缓解与治疗中。
