摘要 经过十年的发展，中国和欧盟在应对气候变化领域内的合作已超越初期单向援助合作，形成多层次、跨领域和制度化的全方位合作，合作的根本驱动力也从政府转变为市场。作为国际社会应对气候变化的主要力量，中欧在建设应对气候变化的国际机制领域内的分歧正逐渐缩小，合作日益密切。不过，中欧光伏产品贸易争端表明，双方均需在应对气候变化与经济增长之间寻找可持续发展的平衡点。
