摘要
为研究目前高校图书馆学科服务中存在的学科馆员无法融入到教学与科研中开展服务这一棘手问题,文章通过对学科服务对接科研团队的难点分析,寻找困扰学科服务推进的主要瓶颈,并引入4R营销理论,提出基于知识管理软件的学科服务营销策略。最后得出结论:学科服务无固定模式可循,应该根据自己的实际找准切入点,进行学科服务的拓展与深化。
In order to study the difficult issue that college subject librarians could not integrate their service into the teaching and scientific research, the difficulties for embedding of the subject service into scientific research teams are analyzed, and the main "bottle - neck" problems for perplexing the promotion of the subject service are exposed, which has introduced 4R marketing theory, put forward subject service marketing strategy based on knowledge management software. A conclusion has been drawn that, in terms of the subject service, there is a fixed mode to follow, should according to actual situation, we must find out a starting point to expand and deepen the service according to the actual conditions.
