摘要
建设西藏铁路是中国人民的百年宏愿,但是真正付诸实施是新中国成立后,尤其是西藏自治区成立与改革开放后,在中央治藏的大背景下,开始勘测与营建进藏铁路。中共中央几代领导人特别重视青藏铁路的建设,铁路兴建是中央治藏的重要一环。21世纪以后,随着中国经济的腾飞,建成了青藏铁路。进藏铁路的修建,与治藏政策、国家经济实力、周边环境、边疆稳定密切相关。
Constructing Tibet railway had been a big hope of Chinese people for 100 years,and idea,design and construction of this railway went through 100 years from the Qing Dynasty,the Republic of China to the People's Republic of China.However,it was after the PRC's founding,especially after the establishment of Tibetan Autonomous Region and China's reform and opening up,that the railway construction was really put into practice,under the background of central government's administration of Tibet,the survey and construction started.Several generations of leaders of the Party pained a great deal of attention to the construction of the Tibet Railway.Into the new century,following the fast development to China's economy,it only took five years for China to build the Tibet railway.The construction of Tibet railway was related to administration of Tibet,national economic power,surrounding environment,borderland stability.
