摘要
针对井下移动瓦斯抽放泵循环水高温问题,提出了利用矿井防尘水对抽放泵循环水分级冷却的解决方案。运用迪图斯-贝尔特(Dittus-Boelter)、茹卡乌斯卡斯(Zhukauskas)关联式对两级冷却系统进行了传热计算,并对两级水冷却系统开展了实验研究。结果表明,运用上述两个关联式进行传热计算的精度较高,验证了两级水冷却系统设计方案的可行性。
In this paper, aiming at the underground mobile gas drainage pump circulating water heating, the utilization of mine dust water gas drainage pump circulating water cooling stage solutions. In this paper, the correlations Dittus-Boelter, Zhukauskas of two-stage cooling system for heat transfer calculations, and the two stage water cooling system experimental study has been carried out. The results show that the accuracy of heat transfer calculation is high, and the feasibility of the design scheme of the two level water cooling system is verified by using the above two correlation formula.
