摘要
硼作为一种微量合金元素,在钢中主要以固溶体的形式存在。在钢中加入极少量的硼元素(W(B)=0.0005%~0.0050%),对提高铜淬透性效果十分明显,可以达到一般合金元素的几百倍,因此,可以用微量硼元素来取代之前大量的合金元素,进而降低生产成本。由于化验室现有的分析条件难以保障硼含量分析的准确度,所以,可以采用直读光谱测定钢中痕量元素硼分析方法进行相关研究,其效果非常明显。
As a kind of trace element, boron exists in the form of solid solution in the steel. Adding a very small amount of boron in steel ( w ( B ) = 0.005 0% - 0.000 5% ) , it is obvious that the effect of imp, roving the steel quenching effect is obvious, and it can reach several hundred times of the ordinary alloy elements. Therefore, we can replace a large amount of alloy elements with trace boron, which can reduce the cost of production. Due to the laboratory existing condition analysis is difficult to guarantee the accuracy of the boron content analysis, so that we can analysis method research for determination of Trace Boron in steel by direct reading spectrometry. The effect is very obvious.
