品管圈在降低手术清点记录单书写不合格率中的应用

通过探讨手术室开展品管圈活动在降低手术清点记录单书写不合格率中的应用,利用自制的"手术室清点记录单不规范"检查表,检查2014-03-01—2014-04-04出院病历中的400份手术清点记录单,一旦发现错误,要及时分析原因,并采取相应的处理措施。落实了品管圈活动后,大大降低了手术清点记录单的空项率和涂改率,而护理记录备注内容与手术相符性也高于活动前,手术清点记录单书写不规范率由8.4%降为3.77%,改善幅度为55.12%.当前,卫生行政部门在全国医疗机构中积极推行质量持续改进工作,其中,品管圈活动作为质量改进的有效管理手段之一,现已被广泛应用于数千家医疗机构中。太原市第四人民医院采取了一系列有效的措施,进一步推动了品管圈的发展,在实践中提高了手术室护理文书记录的质量,而品管圈活动也在不断改进互利质量。
