摘要
分析了罐道水平力的计算方法,建立了罐笼内载荷偏载时罐笼受力的力学模型,研究了罐笼内载荷偏载时罐道承受的正向和侧向水平推力,给出了罐道水平力计算方法。并结合工程实例进行了分析和计算,指出近年来许多矿井的特大型罐笼多采用柔性结构,这样罐笼内载荷偏载引起的侧向载荷会小于文章提出的罐笼内载荷偏载产生的正向和侧向水平推力的计算数值,有利于提升系统的安全运行。
This paper analyzed the calculation method of guide level force, established mechanical model of the cage with hydraulic support offset, studied forward and lateral horizontal thrust on the guide, and offered the calculation method of horizontal force on the guide. According to the calculation and analysis, combining with engineering examples, the paper pointed out that in recent years ultra - large cage with flexible structure applied in many mines, could help to enhance safe operation of hoisting system, as the lateral load of the flexible cage caused by offset was less than the forward and lateral thrust on the discussed cage.
