有压给料两产品重介质旋流器分选密度影响因素研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对现有两产品重介旋流器实际分选密度和循环介质密度之间的密度差异较小的问题,利用半工业性装置,开展了分选密度影响因素的系统试验。结果表明:通过对结构、悬浮液性质、加重质粒度、旋流器入料压力等因素进行优化,可将有压给料两产品重介旋流器的实际分选密度与循环介质的密度差可扩大到0.35g/cm3左右。 Aiming at the insignificant difference between the actual separation density and cyclic medium density in pump -fed two product dense medium cyclone, a system test of the influence factors of separation density was carried out on a semi -industrial device. The results show that, the difference between separation density and cyclic density can be enlarged to about 0. 35g/cm3 through the optimization of the structure, suspension property, heavy medium size, and the feed pressure of the cyclone.
