摘要
BT融资模式是从BOT模式转化发展起来的新型投资模式。随着国家对基础设施领域国有资金投入的减少,以及市场竞争机制的不断完善,使得其他资金有更多的机会投向基础设施建设领域,BT融资模式以其强大的融资建设功能在建筑领域发挥着重要的作用。文章在系统总结了风险分担理论的基础上,建立融资风险分担模型,包括建立评价的指标体系,确定模型的评价方法等内容。通过建立风险分担模型从而确定关键风险在各参与者之间的分配。
BT financing model is a new mode of investment developed from BOT model. As state - owned capital investment in infrastructure field is reduces, accompanied with continuous improvement of the market competition mechanism, other funds have more investment channels to infrastructure construction field, with its powerful function of financing the construction, BT financing model plays an important role in the field of architecture. Based on a systematic summary of the risk sharing theory, a financing risk sharing model is established, including evaluation index system, and evaluation method of the model, etc. By establishing risk sharing model, the key risk allocation between each participant can be determined.
