摘要 针对水下采油树本体结构开展了其流场、温度场的CAE(计算机辅助求解分析复杂工程和产品的结构力学性能,以及优化结构性能等)分析。根据该水下采油树本体的结构特点,建立水下采油树本体结构的简化模型,采用雷诺平均方程,即RANS法,详细地介绍了运用CFD软件FLUENT6.3版本进行流场、温度场CAE分析的步骤;结果表明水下采油树本体在两种工况下的压力和速度变化较均匀,只是在变径处或直角弯管处会出现湍流现象,温度变化比较均匀。通过分析确保了水下采油树的安全性和可靠性,具有一定的工程参考价值。 CAE(Computer Aided Engineering) analysis of flowing field and temperature field has been carried out in the paper. According to the structure characteristics of the subsea christmas tree, the simplified model of the structure of subsea christmas tree body has been established by using average Reynolds equations, namely RANS method. In addition, the steps of CAE analysis of flowing field and temperature field with CFD software Fluent 6.3 version are introduced in detail. The results indicated that the change in pressure and velocity is even in two kinds of work conditions for subsea christmas tree body, and turbulence phenomenon occurs only in the position with variable diameters or right angle bend. The change in temperature is relatively even. The safety and reliability of subsea christmas tree has been ensured through this study, which can provide reference for project engineering.
