摘要 通过沉降体积分数和吸光度表征不同条件下玻璃棉悬浮液的分散性能,研究了浆料浓度、p H、剪切速率、分散剂及添加量对玻璃棉在水中分散性能的影响。结果表明:浓度越低,玻璃棉沉降体积分数越高;随着浆料p H值的减小,玻璃棉悬浮液的吸光度先增大后减小,分散效果最佳的p H为2.5;随着剪切速率的增大,玻璃棉悬浮液的吸光度先增大后减小,分散效果最佳剪切速率为2000 r·min-1;聚氧化乙烯(PEO)、六偏磷酸钠(SHP)、羟乙基纤维素(HEC)均能提高玻璃棉浆料的分散性,分散作用由强到弱顺序为PEO>SHP>HEC,并且PEO和SHP的分散效果均随各自添加量的增加呈先增大而后降低的趋势,而HEC呈一直增加的趋势,PEO、SHP、HEC的最佳用量分别为0.05%、0.06%、0.10%。 The dispersing performance of glass wool suspension in different conditions were characterized by sedimentation volume fraction and absorbance, The influence of concentration, pH, mechanical treatment, dispersant and dispersant dosage on the dispersing performance of glass wool in water was investigated. The results showed that the lower concentration, the better glass wool dispersed in water; the dispersing performance gets increased then decreased with pH decreasing, and the optimal pH at 2.5; the dispersing performance gets increased then decreased with the shear rate increasing and the optimal shear rate is 2500 r.min-1; the dispersing performance can be improved by polyoxyethylene (PEO), sodium hexametaphosphate (SHP) and hydroxyethyl (HEC) respectively, and PEO works best and HEC worst; the dispersing performance gets increased then decreased with the dosage of PEO and SHP increasing, while the dispersing performance gets an increasing trend with the dosage of HEC inccreasing; and the optimal dosage ofPEO, SHP,, HEC is respectively 0.05%, 0.06%, 0.10%.
