钾盐预处理对烟梗成丝及烟气的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过对烟梗进行汽蒸、微碱性、低碱性预处理,再用PFI磨浆机进行直接切丝。结果表明:烟梗汽蒸预处理最佳工艺条件为:水浸渍烟梗水分在50%左右,烟梗汽蒸软化时间为10 min。微钾盐(K2CO3)预处理烟梗直接成丝工艺中,最佳的预处理条件为:p H 9,温度80℃,保温时间30 min,梗丝合格率可达到62.50%。低钾盐(K2CO3)预处理烟梗直接成丝工艺中,最佳预处理条件为温度80℃,K2CO3用量2%,保温时间10 min,梗丝合格率可以达到68.93%。经过汽蒸后的梗丝添加到普通纯烟丝中,可以达到降低焦油含量和烟碱含量的作用,从而减少对人体的危害。 Tobacco stems were pretreat by steaming, slightly or low alkaline salt, then shredded by double spiral roller machine. The results showed that the optimum conditions of steam softening tobacco stems is that water immerse tobacco stems when the moisture content of tobacco stem is about 50%, steam softening time is 10 min. Kalium carbonicum was used as alkaline salt. The optimum condition of slightly alkaline salt pretreatment process is, pH=9, reaction temperature at 80℃, soaking time is 30 min, the yield can reached to 62.50%. The optimum condition of low alkaline salt pretreatment process is reaction temperature at 80℃, the loading is 2%, soaking time is 10 min, the yield can reached to 68.93%. Added the steamed tobacco stem to ordinary pure pipe tobacco, the contents of tar, nicotine and CO can decreased, thus reduce the harm to human body.
