摘要
对烟碎片浆料的纤维形态、表面形貌和留着滤水性能进行分析,并检测烟碎片基片的抗张强度、松厚度、柔软度、透气度、填充值和十分钟吸水高度等物理性能,考察烟碎片原料的制浆及抄造特性,为优化烟碎片制浆工艺和造纸法再造烟叶基片制备工艺提供一定的理论支撑。
By analyzing the fiber morphology, surface profile and retention and drainage property of tobacco fragmentary leaf pulp and measuring tensile strength, bulk, softness, air permeability, filling value and water-suction height in lOmin of tobacco fragmentary leaf sheet, the characteristics of pulping and papermaking of tobacco fragmentary leaf were investigated. The study can provide necessary theoretical support for optimizing the refining process of tobacco fragmentary leaf and the making process of papermaking process reconstituted tobacco.
