摘要
研究烟草浆打浆度和烟草浆中烟梗浆和烟叶浆配比对造纸法再造烟叶片基吸收性的影响。结果表明:烟草浆打浆度对造纸法再造烟叶片基的抗张强度、松厚度、吸收性等都有影响,随着烟草浆打浆度的增大,再造烟叶片基的吸收性能逐渐下降,烟草浆打浆度为20-25°SR时,造纸法再造烟叶片基各项性能达到最优。随着烟草浆中烟梗浆用量的增加。造纸法再造烟叶片基的吸液量先增大后减小,烟梗浆的含量为50%-60%;有利于提高造纸法再造烟叶片基的吸收性。
Effects of the absorption of paper-making reconstituted tobacco substrate on the beating degree and the mixture ratio of tobacco stem pulp and tobacco leaf pulp of tobacco pulp were studied. The results showed that the beating degree of tobacco pulp affected on the tensile strength, thickness, absorption of paper-making reconstituted tobacco substrate. With the increase of the beating degree of tobacco pulp, the absorption of paper-making reconstituted tobacco substrate was declined gradually. When the tobacco pulp beating degree was between 20~SR to 25~SR, the reconstituted tobacco substrate had the optimal performance. As the adding quantity of tobacco stalk pulp in tobacco pulp, the absorption of paper-making reconstituted tobacco substrate first increased then decreased, when the tobacco stalk pulp content was between 50% to 60%, that could be more favorable to improve the absorption of paper-making reconstituted tobacco substrate.
