区域人才流动知识溢出效应的实证研究

Empirical Study on Knowledge Spillover Effect of Regional Talent Mobility

运用知识生产函数法,构建了区域人才流动知识溢出效应模型,利用2000—2012年中国东部、中部、西部和东北四大区域的相关数据,实证检验了各区域的资本要素、本地人才资本要素、流入人才资本要素对区域知识产出的作用。结果表明:各区域的资本要素、本地人才资本要素都与本区域的知识产出显著相关,但具体的影响效应存在区域差异;仅东部区域的流入人才资本要素具有显著的知识溢出效应。

This paper empirically tests the effects of capital, local talent capital and talent capital inflow of four regions（ eastern, central, western and northeast regions） on knowledge outputs by constructing the model for knowledge spillover effect of regional talent mobility and using the data of four regions during 2000-2012. The result shows as follows： the capital and local talent capital in four regions are related to regional knowledge output,but there is the regional difference in the effect;only the talent capital mobility in eastern region takes on a significant knowb edge spillover effect.
