文章以苏宁易购华南区物流配送中心为实证研究对象,分析苏宁易购华南区物流配送中心的作业流程,在电子商务B2C模式发展背景下存在的问题及对配送中心作业流程提出新的挑战,最后提出基于SAP/ERP环境下苏宁易购物流配送流程优化的解决思路,为提高物流配送效率和服务质量提供支持。

Suning southern China district logistics distribution center is empirical research object, its operation flow is analyzed, in the background of electronic commerce business to customer model development there are some problems and provide new challenge for distribution center operation flow, at last based on SAP/ERP environment solving ideas are provided for Suning logistics distribution flow optimization, which provide support for improving logistics distribution efficiency and service quality.
