摘要
以2-氨基吡啶、氯乙酰氯为原料合成2-(2-氯乙酰胺基)吡啶(中间体),再以2-(2-氯乙酰胺基)吡啶、长链叔胺(十二胺,十四胺)为原料,乙腈为溶剂合成目标产物氨基吡啶表面活性剂(Ⅰ,Ⅱ).利用IR和HNMR对中间体和目标产物进行表征.
2- ( 2-chloroacetylamido ) pyridine was an intermediate synthetized with 2-aminopyridine and chloroacetyl chloride as raw materials. Aminopyridine surfactants( Ⅰ,Ⅱ )were synthesized from 2-( 2-chloroacetylamido )pyridine and N, N-dimethylalkylamine (N, N-dimethyldecylamine, N, N-dimethyldodecylamine ), acetonitrile as the solvent. The structure of intermediates and the target products were identified by 1H-NMR and IR.
