基于导师团队的应用化学专业研究生培养模式的探讨

To explore the tutor team model for postgraduate cultivation of applied chemistry specialty

针对目前研究生教育采用传统的单导师制度培养模式的不足,结合研究生教育的特点,在应用化学专业构建了多元化的研究生导师团队.提出了以主导师(校内)+副导师(校内或校外)+助理导师为基本模式的4种导师团队培养模式,并阐释了导师团队模式有利于提高研究生培养质量,有利于实现学科的交叉,有利于导师团队队伍建设的优越性.

The traditional single tutor system training mode of graduate education was still inadequate at present. With its own characteristics of graduate education, built a diversified postgraduate tutor team in applied chemistry specialty. Based on the leading tutor （ school ） ＋ vice tutor （ internal or external ） ＋ assistant tutor basic pattern, put forword the four kinds of tutor team training mode. Illustrated the superiority of the tutor team training mode. The tutor team training mode could be effective to improve the quality of graduate education, achieve cross of discipline, and construct tutor team.
