A Pragmatic Analysis of the Characteristics of Network Public Opinion

网络舆论是学界颇为关注的社会现象之一。作为一种特殊形态的社会舆论,除了具有舆论的一般特征之外,也有与网络空间密切关联的个性特征,如主体隐匿性、意见多元性、言论盲从性、舆论速成性等。网络舆论与语用关系十分密切,因而在语用上也表现出一系列有别于传统舆论的特征,如平等性、冲突性、非理性、时效性等。分析这些语用特征,对于加深对网络舆论的认识与有效管理网络舆论都有重要的意义。

The network of public opinion is one of the important social phenomena. As a special form of social public opinion, it has the personality characteristics of network in addition to having the general characteristics of public opinion, such as the main body of occult, pluralistic opinions, blindness of speech, quick opinion. There is a very close relationship between network public opinion and pragmatic, therefore, it also displays a series of pragmatic characteristics different from the traditional public opinion, such as equalization, opposability, unreasonable, timeliness etc. Analysis of these pragmatic characteristics has important practical significance for the understanding and management of the network public opinion.
